I'm going through a horribly stressful time of having to find another job because my current one has got to the point as where It's just not interesting anymore.
For the past week I have had bursts of anger building up inside me and not even strenuous exercise is quelling it.
I have even given up energy drinks such as the 550Ml Monster Import cans that I was having every day for four years until a week ago and that has helped my anxiety issues and random muscle twitching as I couldn't hold a cup of water without it rippling everywhere.
Running into my old foes from school isn't helping either. I almost hit the guy when he was "Trying to look tough" in front of his mates, lucky for me my calm and rational personality shut off the irrational part of my brain because he was well with in punching distance as well as I was wearing my capped calf boots.
Any tips for staying on the sain side of things??
